That is a very tricky one... Could either be a juvenal or a female Rufous Hummingbird (Selasphorus rufus) based on the lenght of the wing compare to the tail's lenght... or a Broad-tailed Hummingbird (Selasphorus platycercus) but there, the lenght of the tail in relation with the lenght of the wing do not match as well...
What's puzzling me are the few *green* feathers on the throat....!!!
That was my 2 pennies... I'd really like to get the opinion from a hummingbird expert..!
