hmmm... at first glance, this one looks a bit like a male Ruby-throated Hummingbird (Archilochius colubris).... but quite a challenge for me to certify my say..!!! Considering the location where the picture was taken... a bit west of usual nesting area for Ruby-throated...!!! Sometimes it is very difficult to certify between similar species from photographies... nothing to do with the photographer, though..! Pictures are all great..!!!! ;-)
