Share 'The Joy of Sound'

Some years ago I played as a pro with some very good musicians.The fiddler and I,as his backup,would play many Irish based tunes in the old time fiddler contests,the biggest in the country.He was quite good in the advanced divisions,and I was happy to be his backup on my Guild guitar.He later was asked to be a judge on panel. We played for very nice establishments 4 nights a week.And also kept up our day jobs.Dont know how I kept that up. Now,I play for the sheer joy of it.My art has been my income for many years now.
