Which area in Ireland offers the most jobs?

I'm studying to be a child & family therapist and plan on joining the Psychological Society of Ireland after graduation becuase I know you have to belong in order to practice there, but I was wondering which area has the most need for a child/family therapist. Also, I'm not sure about how the cost of living is compared to America and what the average cost of purchasing a 2 bedroom detached house would be. If someone can help me with these questions I will be eternally grateful! Oh yeah, I will be graduating in 2.5 years.
