On of the most important thing in learning a language is the knowledge of how the sentence are created.. .correct me if i'm wrong but the right way to write a sentence in gaeilge is Verb, pronoun, noun and adjective. Like : Bord an bháid or one if my favorite :Lig an sicín isteach ( let the chiken enter ( the room) lol

Let do a quizlet on verb... recognize all the verb that i brought you and some other that you can add. I know there already a quizlet on how to write phrase.. i wil lget on that it just that i just discovered how the phrase are beeing created.. i will soon be able to write :)
here are the verb that i know :
imíonn : to go
Feicim : seeing
isteach : enter
déanann : to do
deifir : to hurry
Foghlaim : learning
Eist : listen

some irregular verbs:
feic-to see
ith-to eat
tar-to come
clois, cluin- to hear
beir-to catch
teigh-to go
abair-to say
tabhair-to give
dean-to make/do

I'm not sure what a "quizlet" is, but I have a comment about the list above. Your forms of the verbs vary from infinitve (the to_ form) to the present tense to command form. Most verbs with an -ing are prefixed with ag. It is also my understanding (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that isteach is not a verb, but a preposition. For example Ta me ag dul isteach. I am going (verb) in.
I've been taking Irish for 3 years on and off and by no means claim to be an expert. Slan.
-Anyone know how to put a fada on the text in this site?
