Teaching the bodhran

A chairde (sorry, I can't do fadas on this keyboard) I know that some of you teach, and I'm going to start this summer. Do you have any favorite methods you use? I plan to do just the basic rhythms, and emphasize how important it is to be familiar with the music, and some great places to see good examples, e.g., bodojo and youtube.
