Where to go in Northern Ireland?

Hi there,

My girlfriend and i are planning to visit Northern Ireland in August. We booked a b&b in Coleraine.

We really like historic and monastic sites, Celtic crosses, ogham stones and so on. We assumed that the North would be filled with them, but apart from a few castles, i can't find a lot on the internet. Do you have any tips?

O, and tips about irish music sessions are welcome as well !!

There is much to do in Derry, but plan on taking some time to go over to Belfast while there. Belfast is a beautiful city with loads of trad music and great food, lots to see. Also if you are so inclined, Donegal is the place for the old tongue, great music an so forth--Letterkenny and Creeslough are lovely.

I looked up Ards peninsula and it seems very interesting. Especially a town called Greyabbey with a cistersian abbey from 1193.
